About Standfast

Hormone therapy (androgen deprivation therapy, or ADT) is one of the most common treatments for prostate cancer. It works, but its side effects can be tough, and good support such as supervised exercise programs and specialist nurses isn't easy for many men to access.

Standfast exists to close that gap: practical, evidence-based, plain-language support for men on ADT and the people who love them, wherever they live.

What we are, and aren't

• We provide general education and lifestyle coaching.
• We don't diagnose, interpret test results or recommend changes to your medicines.
• We accept clearly labelled sponsorship from vetted sponsors. We never run prescription drug ads, and sponsors never influence our content.
